Veresegyh\u00e1z has evolved into one of the most dynamically developing settlements in the region which is primarily a result of its systematic management. At first sight, the renewed home of LZ Thermotrade Ltd. impresses us as a firmly established, precisely defined building exposing its commercial character. The realized scheme was actually a follow-up of the winning plans submitted for the design tender published in 2006 by Zsolt Alexa, Don\u00e1t Rabb and \u00c1kos Schreck. Its primary values have been preserved, whereas the positions of the functions in the horizontal plan have been completely changed. The inspiration Minusplus had in this project was taking into consideration the environmental-contextual features, whilst exposing the heavy-weight aesthetics of the industrial-engineering construction parts as their counterbalances, which decisively influenced the overall design of the building. Transparency, which is their brandmark, is a ruling principle here too. The unique architectural image and values created here as well as the spectacular extra effects were achieved by using minimalist <\/p>\n
