Experts have worked out complicated systems to respond to the changes of communal transport going over regional borders, a humane transformation of urban public transport systems, as well as the new logistic networks of cargo transport and their business models. As a result, the railways flourishes in many countries, and also acts as the pioneering agent in the extension of eco-friendly \u201esmart\u201d systems. It is the engine of high-tech industries and the creative renewal of logistics.
