Lectures and other related events focussed on the settlement and its neighbourhood, the North Lake Balaton region, as well as Lake Balaton itself. According to tradition, the conference was the event to hand the Chief Architect of the Year and the Chief Architects\u2019 Oeuvre Awards. The latter recognition went to Attila Turi, formerly the chief architect of Budakal\u00e1sz, who had been in this position for 23 years till his resign this spring. This year\u2019s chief architecture is Krisztina L.
