What is actually a reliable sign of a unique community is that it is ready to face this challenge even though their beloved dwelling house is not a protected historic building. The idea to renew this beautiful Art Nouveau-style house was first conceived by a married couple living here, as the majority of the original architectural values of the house had been destroyed or transformed and converted meanwhile.
