Az \u00d6t Templom Fesztiv\u00e1lt rendez\u0151 Karzat Alap\u00edtv\u00e1ny a rendezv\u00e9ny egyik helysz\u00edn\u00e9\u00fcl szolg\u00e1l\u00f3 \u00d6regtemplom t\u00f6mbj\u00e9ben az egykori tilt\u00e1s miatt elmaradt harangtorony elhelyez\u00e9s\u00e9re \u00e9s tervez\u00e9s\u00e9re v\u00e1rt \u00f6tleteket. A p\u00e1ly\u00e1zat ki\u00edr\u00f3ja olyan megold\u00e1st v\u00e1rt, amely a tornyot nem csak a templom, hanem az eg\u00e9sz &#8220;evang\u00e9likus sziget&#8221; jel \u00e9rt\u00e9k\u0171 szimb\u00f3lumak\u00e9nt vizion\u00e1lja.
