Opened and inaugurated in the summer of 2021, V 30 Downtown Sports Centre is centrally located, and the faculties of the site and the property as well as the projected sports centre to be built had seriously challenging expectations. Rated as one of the minor plots in this context, the site is surrounded by firewalls from three sides, and the architect used the desire to provide a wide variety of sports facilities as a source of inspiration. Making a tour of the building, one experiences the spaciousness of rooms in the interior, whilst there are nowhere constraints resulting from the faculties of the terrain. One of the major devices to achieve this was the way how the individual functions found their ways inside the building. It is a unique puzzle, which sports zone requires what, where natural light is worst needed, and where it is acceptable to apply a more closed type of spatial formation. The plane of the facades of the neighbouring two houses are joined by two glasspartitions the height of which is precisely adjusted, and the expanses reflect the historic cityscape they face, whilst the house also opens up with the need of utmost transparency towards the street, The interior secondary plane is defined by a fabric of spiralling pillars creeping upward, multiply enlarged muscle fibres strain, as peoviding sort of a synthesis of the contents of the house. Several aspects of sports have found their home here, whilst also other potentials of communal life are offered a space within. Everything is available for the former modest-size swimming-pool which was almost on the verge of sinking into oblivion so that it could now evolve in an entirely different scale.<\/p>\n
