Initially, the board assessed two categories, but for quite a long time now it has also been employing three. After their assessment, members of the board evaluate the most excellent works at a ceremonial meeting in the Academy building. Now the 26th such occasion postponed a year due to the pandemic was held on December 10th, 2021 to honour the awarded authors of the year 2019.
