This paper is a report on several decades of teaching experience gained at various universities, accompanied with the presentation of guiding illustrative materials and the best students\u2019 works produced meanwhile, as well as the lecturer’s own realized works in the fields of architectural design and color theory.<\/p>\n

Approaches:
\n\u2022 Changes in the formal language of modern architecture from basic geometric forms to free-form organic and geometric forms.
\n\u2022 The basic components of visual language \u2014 form contrasts, facture and texture contrasts, architectural colour theory.
\n\u2022 Compositional effects factors and operations in student model tasks.
\n\u2022 Polychromatic colour harmony exercises based on the logic of the golden ratio in architectural colour to form basies for architectural and environmental design.
\n\u2022 The compositional colour and design principles taught in the lecturer’s own work (conceptual re-colouring of prefab housing estates).<\/p>\n
