Makovecz was to present in a pavilion what he had achieved as an architect, thinker, and teacher at the head of the school he had founded. The pavilion was to remain there for only three months, after which it would be dismantled and moved to the border between Wales and England, where it would serve as a permanent meeting place and cultural center for a Welsh community engaged in traditional crafts.
