This ivent focusses ont he correlations of the critical approaches and practical methods created against the political and investment tendencies defining contemporary architecture and similar phenomena of the 20th century, especially with regard to the professional resistance typical of the countries of the former Eastern Block and \u201edifferent way of thinking\u201d. Based on their joint research, Mariann Simon, associate professor with BME (Budapest Technical University, lecturer ofthe Department of Architectural History and Historic Monuments and P\u00e9ter Haba doctoral candidate presented the ribbon-house concept that architect Elem\u00e9r Zalotay elaborated from 1958 on at the conference.<\/p>\n<p><!-- default-view.php
