Could yours be the next BIG idea? How can you improve the standard of living \u2013 health, education, and security \u2013 of 1 million people in the next 3 years in the CEE&#038;SEE region through the use of technology?<\/p>\n<p>The prize: Two scholarships to the Graduate Studies Program 2013 at Singularity University, located at NASA Research Park in Silicon Valley, California worth $25,000 USD, each.
