The Reconstruction of Pannónia Primary School

Standing in a centrally located yet peaceful part of Újlipótváros, in a rapidly developing residential zone, the „large, old white schol building” treasures a number of traditions, whilst also considering contemporary demands being open to novelties and innovations. In line with this principle the remarkable reconstruction and extension project of Pannónia Primary School has been realized to guarantee a new quality in education for many children. Whilst remodelling and extending the building the existing two smaller gymnasiums were replaced by a spacious double-height sports hall dividable into two with a curtain, the dimensions and architectural formation of which makes it worthy to reflect the significant achievements of the institution in a variety of sports.
