In Buda, on the premises of the former Ganz factory one ofthe most exciting parks of Budapest was created. The objective was to make use of the former plant buildings to establish a high-standard urban park offering experiences for every kind of visitors, independent of their fields of interest, and to contain a versatile exhibition and events centre. With the recent extension a row of integrated venues have been created along a 700-metre long promenade freely accessible for cars and passers-by including recreational parks, spaces rich in experiences, buildings, functions and sights. Playgrounds, groves, bodies of water, hanging gardens, trees and bushes, spectacular features defining the atmosphere and the character of the site are suited for all age-groups wishing to recreate, spend time in isolation or recreate together in smaller and larger groups.
