The concept of co-working space, which is a communal office, still rates as an innovative solution in the office market. There is a demand for a large number of them, and yet only a few exist as of today. What is an ultimately unique feature about it is that an enterprise dealing with coworking should have headquarters of its own. The new Loffice has opened its doors recently, and it may not be an exaggeration to say that it is a dream of those looking for co-working that has come true here. With Loffice the contents that appear on the surfaces are abstract and yet also actual life images of everyday life in an office, in a sophisticated version of abstract black and white graphics. Yet they do not appear as prints or paintings, but as a structure with a function in the form of a second facade shading the loggias. Certain features function as openable shutters thus allowing to regulate sunshine and the view, ranging from shading to isolation. Stepping out into the loggia, one can experience the atmosphere of diffused light and changing shadows conjured by the screening onto the floor and walls. The new Loffice does not only provide high standards as a building: if the mixture of functions proves to be efficient in the long run, then it can be used as a model for developing vacant gaps in the urban fabric.
