In the former industrial area of Budapest, in Kőbánya, there are rather abandoned industrial halls, warehouse buildings and office buildings of disappeared and disappeared companies. Within the framework of the Kőbánya Municipality’s office renovation program, the reconstruction of the building of the former medical clinic and pharmacy was completed here, with the greatest possible reuse of the existing structures. The original building is a stunning masterpiece of the socialist construction industry. The renovated building has four different clinical functions, with separate entrances. From the outside, the building has been given a new, unified exterior façade design that gently recalls the distinctive vertical line of the former facade panel. The old wall panels have been insulated with good thickness due to energy saving, so that the former blade-like panel ribs have lost their usual striking effect. Under the main entrance canopy, a green wall composition was made with plants living on the wall between the office and the front door.
