In a district of Pécs with a spectacular atmosphere, at the end of Miléva Street turning off the road to the Misina, there is just one site in the forest. Erected amongst the trees, this complex has been awarded several architectural prizes in 2012 and if it allowed itself to be more exposed, it would probably be referred to as one of the sights and attractions of the Tettye. This architecture is defined by high-standard materials. Seemingly a homogeneous body, the building reveals wooden surfaces here and there as emphasis and counterpoint. The materials used in the interiors are completed with sandstone. The sawn stone slabs convey the warmth and safety of homes as archetypal contents. The small house built next to the mansion bears all the positive qualities of the big brother. Its floor-plan is spontaneous and simple, just like that of a traditional peasant’s house with a living space and a room. Its mass formation is genious, capable of transforming the compact-form of the floor-plan into a longish and elegant elevation.
