Chief Architect of the Year Award 2013
The Chief Architect of the Year Award 2013 goes to András István Arató, chief architect of the Northern Great Plains Region and Zsuzsanna Páli, chief archtiect of Dunaújváros and Székesfehérvár.
The winner of the Chief Architect Oeuvre Award 2013 is Ferenc Pataki, the chief architect of Szolnok.
Pál Csonka Medal 2013
The Presidency of the Association of Hungarian Architects gave this years Pál Csonka Medal in individual category to Miklós Armuth Ph.D. architect, and in designer pairs category to Tamás János Szabó DLA and János Volkai architects.

Interior Designer of the Year 2012
The Interior Designer of the Year 2012 award goes to Krisztina Fülöp and Orsolya Glavanovics for the design of Manninger Villa in Budapest. The prize founded by Péter Laki in 1998 is given for excellent interior design achievements in Hungary. The prize-giving ceremony was held on 28 May in the Bertalan Székely Hall of the Hungarian Opera House.
Vedres György Prize 2013
György Vedres Award honours Hungarian architects under 40 with significant public buildings completed before 31. 12. 2011. The award is named after György Vedres, Ybl Award winner architect. In 2013 the Vedres György Prize goes to: Tamás László architect for his collaboration in the design of the Piarist Professional School in Göd.
Mies van der Rohe Award 2013
The winner: Harpa – Reykjavik Concert Hall and Conference Centre
Harpa forms part of an extensive plan to expand and revitalize the eastern harbour of Reykjavik, as well as to improve the connection between this part of the harbour and the city centre. The building consists of both concert and conference facilities, including four main halls.
Award for Public Space Renewal 2013
The Hungarian Society for Urban Planning (MUT), and the ICOMOS National Committee Association announces the winners of the Public Space Renewal Award 2013: the reconstruction of the main entrance of the New Cemetery of Budapesti, X. District and the renewal of the public spaces in Országbíró buliding estate, Budapesti, XIII. District.
Hild János Prize 2013
According to the XIX. János Hild Urban Planning Conference organized by the Hungarian Society for Urban Planning (MUT), the prize-giving ceremony of Hild János Prize founded by the society was held in Mosonmagyaróvár. This year’s Hild János Prize has gone to Gábor Aczél, János Brenner and Sándor Keresztes.
