Opinions on the Cancellation of Licensing the Construction of Detached Family Houses

A governmental decree came into effect at the end of December, 2015 with the ambition to simplify the licensing procedure of constructing detached family houses with an area of less than 300 m2. Written as apropos of this decree, this article expresses the opinion of professionals as well as worries associated with it.
