The Pál Csonka Award, founded by the Association of Hungarian Architects (MÉSZ) in 1988, was presented and honored at the headquarters of the Association of Hungarian Architects on July 8, in honor of the renowned scientist and teacher of several generations of architects. The award recognizes the creative cooperation of architects and structural designers. The prize is awarded each year to those who have created highquality architectural works as a creative couple and who have made significant and verifiable contributions to the aforementioned fundamental purpose through their teaching and / or scientific work. In 2019, Attila Bodrossy DLA architect and István Serfőző structural designer received the recognition.
