For the 19th time, this year’s most outstanding architectural works were recognised at the Media Architecture Awards Gala. A total of 78 buildings, 91 designs and 26 built environment works were entered for this year’s competition. The prize was launched by the two founding editors-in-chief of the Architectural Forum, Erika Katalina Pásztor and Mihály Vargha, with the aim of showcasing the best Hungarian architecture to the public. Entries were selected by a professional jury in three categories – Building, Plans, Built environment – and assisted by an international jury. At the gala ceremony, the selected works were judged by a jury of members of the public and media professionals.
