What Will the New Building Law Be Like?
Interview with Regő Lánszki, State Secretary for Architecture, the Ministry of Construction and Transport
The new Building Law, which will soon be submitted to the Hungarian Parliament, will bring new opportunities for Hungarian architecture, simplify administration, guarantee quality and planning, and will also set out the most important principles of the new law: the incorporation of brownfield sites, the utilization of vacant buildings, the unity of the urban landscape and the strengthening of the role of the chief architect. We had a discussion with Regő Lánszki, Secretary of State, about the draft law.
