This year the Conference of Sacred Architecture was organised for the 13th time within the framework of the Ars Sacra festival. The topic was the significance of the cross in contemporary architecture and interior design. The theme is a universal one, it basically defines our education, erudition, architecture, but is also a personal one to the same extent. Presented in a direct way, or as hidden sophisticated references, they have always been components that define European erudition. Lecturers of the conference talked about contemporary potentials of sacred art apropos of Hungarian and international works of architecture, exhibitions, installations and reconstructions.
