Developed by Atenor Group, the fourth building of Váci Greens has been completed. Although this large-scale development located in the section of Váci Road beyond Rákos spring is still incomplete as two northern structures are to be built yet, the first stage of the project designed by Vikár and Lukács Architects has been completed. This house is in search of its new interpretation owing to the new tools within the complex: the gateway with columns open up the structure towards the courtile and also creates a diagonal axis across the building. The passage thus created is an in-between space on the border of the exterior and interior, and the courtile shows a step made towards the standards of urban space qualities. The facade design reflects innovative integration, less sculpturesque than the previous three buildings, and tectonic references have been replaced by textural ones, to more authentically express the speculative and flexible character of its inner world. Designers emphasized the high-standard design of the vegetation surrounding the building.
