The 21st MTSE International Congress of Architects was organised focussing on a fine-sounding but elusive slogan, because architects work in the belief that their work creates value, that they add value to the environment: the man-made environment improves, becomes richer and more valuable than it was before. Among the speakers at the conference were prominent representatives of Hungarian and international architecture, including Jerzy Grochulski, President of UIA Region II, architecture critic Ulf Meyer, Martin Rein-Cano, Yuko Nagayama, Matija Bevk and Tomohiko Yamanashi.
