Berekfürdő, 2024. 11-13.

This year’s National Conference of Chief Architects in Berekfürdő was a huge success. The first day was spent getting to know the town and its surroundings, followed by a series of lectures and sessions. Traditionally, the annual conference is the venue for the preentation of the award of the Chief Architect of the Year, founded in 2 000. The Chief Architect of the Year Award is traditionally given to an active architect and the Chief Architect Lifetime Achievement Award is presented to an outstanding architect who has been practising for a long time or who has already retired. The Architects’ Lifetime Achievement Award was not awarded this year, but the Architects of the Year Award was prsented to three winners: Csaba Alvári, Eszter Hapszné Tarcsafalvi and Balázs Sulyok.
